1. Our Services

The Services provided by Systematic Reviews, LLC include regulatory affairs consulting, scientific writing, systematic review methodology, regulatory communication, medical communications, CME development, and related professional services for informational, scientific, and professional regulatory communication purposes only. Our website platform is not certified as HIPAA-compliant infrastructure. Clients who require sharing of Protected Health Information must contact us directly prior to sharing any such information.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

We own or license all intellectual property in our Services, Content, and Marks. You may access and download Content for personal or internal business use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or exploit any Content or Marks for commercial purposes without our prior written permission. Any breach constitutes a material breach of these Terms and your right to use our Services terminates immediately.

3. User Representations

By using the Services, you represent that: all information you submit is true and accurate; you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms; you are at least 18 years old; you will not use the Services for any illegal purpose; and your use will not violate any applicable law.

4. Purchases and Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. All payments are in USD. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and refuse orders at our discretion.

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the professional and custom nature of regulatory and scientific services, no refunds will be issued once work has commenced. For cancellations before work has commenced, please contact us within 48 hours at contact@systema-revi.com. Each request is evaluated at our sole discretion.

All content and services are for informational, scientific, and regulatory communication purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, clinical diagnosis, or treatment recommendations, and do not establish a physician-patient relationship. Regulatory interpretations represent professional opinion only — not formal legal advice or agency determinations. 7. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Services to: systematically retrieve data to build a database without permission; trick, defraud, or mislead us or other users; interfere with security features; upload viruses or malicious code; engage in automated scraping or data mining; impersonate another user; harass our employees or agents; reverse engineer our software; use the Services to compete with us; or sell or transfer your user profile.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CAUSE WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE LESSER OF: (A) THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE SIX MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) $1,000.00 USD. For high-value engagements, a different cap may be negotiated in the applicable MSA or SOW.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes shall be resolved first through 30 days of informal negotiation, then by binding arbitration under AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules in Pinellas County, Florida. No class actions. No disputes may be commenced more than one year after the cause of action arose.

10. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and us. If any provision is unlawful or unenforceable, it is severable and does not affect remaining provisions. No joint venture, partnership, or employment relationship is created by these Terms.
